Only Pleasant Surprises – Builder/Architect Magazine

Linwood, New Jersey, January 2001 – QMA Design+Build, LLC was recently recognized by Builder/Architect magazine for our comprehensive designs and attentive client relations. Homes designed by QMA are budgeted for each client’s needs and built with only pleasant surprises. As founder Todd Miller explained, “We want to remove the uncertainty from the home remodeling experience.” Clients working with Todd and his team can feel reassured that the home they see on paper will be the home they receive in real-life.

QMA begins the design process, not with pen and paper, but with an open ear. The first step in creating a home is to spend time with the homeowners. By learning our clients’ tastes, lifestyles, and needs, our design team is capable of creating a home that accurately reflects the family that will live in it. Todd believes that “Our buildings are more about our customers—instead of us.” That is why each home designed by QMA is unique.
